The Importance of Stakeholders' Roles in Village Resource Management

If managed and empowered properly, natural wealth resources in the village can support progress development of village. Village resources, both human are important assets to be maximized for village’s gain. The government plays an role management must have a supportive strategy achieve its goals. This research aimed determine owned by Pecuk Tulungagung what procedures been carried out maximize potential these resources. Descriptive qualitative methods were used. results indicated that is one villages where BUMDes (village-owned enterprises) do not work because there no explicit coordination between leaders community. Meanwhile, community needs assist them carrying economic activities. Such assistance includes: fertilizers, socialization farmers, savings loans assistance, entrepreneurship training. map mobilize reactivate carry activities according needs.
